"Then Jesus said, Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do."        Luke 23:34 (KJV)

What is the complete Gospel of Jesus, the Christ? Is it only salvation? Does it also include the life of Jesus, His teaching, commandments, and deeds?

Clearly, the life of Jesus matters to Christians, but does it matter to the evangelical protestant churches in America? This largest segment---well more than half of protestants---has for a long time relegated the life of Jesus, which I call the kingdom of God on earth Gospel of Jesus, to less-than gospel-status and raised the salvation Gospel of Christ as the only, most important gospel that defines their version of the faith.

This means these churches have been preaching, at best, a partial gospel, one that is an easy, cheap gospel. And this has been going on for so long that those who embrace this version of Christianity have come to dominate the church structure while ridiculing those who follow the path set by the example of Jesus's life.
